How to find us
How to find us by train
By train, you arrive at Bern main station (point 3 on the plan). Once you have left the platform, please follow the direction leading to the lifts (dashed line) which are under the platform. If you arrive in the hall of the station, you have taken the wrong way!
There, you can either walk up the stairs or take the lift up to the 4th floor (last floor), which will bring you outside.
You are now 200 meters from the Astronomical Institute. To reach it, please walk along the main building and here it is! (solid line)
How to find us by car
Take freeway A1 (Bern-Zurich), leave at exit Bern-Neufeld
Proceed on the Neubrückstrasse towards the city center (Zentrum)
Turn right at Mittelstrasse (first traffic circle)
Turn left at Gesellschaftsstrasse (Shell gas station)
The building "Exakte Wissenschaften" is at the end of the road.
